The game SurrounDead currently has 21 achievements that players can get while exploring and playing the game. Some of these achievements are relatively easy to earn while others have requirements that can take a while for the player to accomplish due to needed items or the achievement description being *REDACTED*.
The following is a list of the achievements and their descriptions once unlocked by the player.

| No One Lives Forever | Cause the death of your character |
| Fixed a Boo-Boo | Use a medical item on the player |
| Driver | Find & drive a vehicle |
| Construction Worker | Place down a buildable |
| Life Taker | Take out a human survivor |
| Here Comes the Colonel | Gain access to a secure area |
| Wanderer | Travel for 10km with one character |
| Surviving a Fall | break a bone from a high fall |
| Tough Guy | Take out a zombie boss |
| Zombie Smasher | Take out 500 zombies with one character |
| What We've Come To | Take out 100 human survivors with one character |
| Globe Trotter | Traverse for 100km with one character |
| Catch a Fish | Catch a fish |
| The Reckoning | Take out 10 zombies bosses |
| Laboratory XX | Gain access to the hidden secure laboratory |
| The Final Decision | **REDACTED** |
| The Hunter | Take out 50 animals |
| The Hunter Expert | Take out 200 animals |
| Zombie Expert | Take out 5000 zombies with one character |
